Gamers Club promotes access to a community that never stops growing: E-Sports.
And, as a community, we have the obligation to promote the coexistence of respect and citizenship.
Therefore, we do not tolerate, under any circumstances:
Homophobia
Racism
Xenophobia
Sexism, male chauvinism
Pornography
Any form of prejudice
Harassment, assault, and threats
Cheats
In short: be a person who respects other people, the community, and your fellow game colleagues and adversaries. If you act like this, you are unlikely to disrespect any of the rules of conduct listed herein.
How do our rules of conduct work?
In addition to the basic rule above, we list below the conducts that are not tolerated by Gamers Club
and their respective punishments.
It works like that: Gamers Club detects conduct contrary to these rules, or another user reports such conduct.
If we confirm that the conduct is against the rules, we will apply the appropriate punishment.
The rules apply to friendly matches as well as to official tournaments
(unless a certain official tournament establishes different, but stricter, rules).
The punishments can range from administration of "warning cards" to account ban.
The punishment system
Gamers Club punishment grades range from a warning to a three-card system. In addition, there is the possibility of account banishment.
To understand how the card system works:
CARD 1 | CARD 2 | CARD 3 | BLOCK
hate speech | ||||
bad use of chat | ||||
false report | ||||
bad faith behavior | ||||
ant gaming conduct | ||||
toxic behavior | ||||
Offensive text/images on your profile
use of cheats | ||||
Account sharing/elojob/smurf |
Recurrences of these infractions may lead to account blocking.
Infractions in kind
Message or behavior that encourages hatred, incitement to hostility or that is violent or incites violence against
a person or group based on race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, physical condition or any other
individual characteristic.
Punishment: permanent account ban.
If a player has more than 4 accounts terminated for violations of the Rules of Conduct,
all other accounts they have or create will be terminated for recurring behavior.
Cases of player behavior that do not fall under hate speech but strike someone in
their honor or dignity, or that insult, cause outrage or affront.
Punishment:
At Gamers Club’s discretion, depending on the severity of the conduct,
one to three cards may be applied or, even, account banned.
Offenses, fights, flood/spam. This applies not only to those who "started it"
but to everyone who engages in such conduct.
Punishment:
Warning of Card 3 punishment or, depending on the case, at
Gamers Club’s discretion, direct application of Card 3.
Different rules may apply to official tournaments, according to the
specific rule of each tournament.
Sending a report of an unfounded, fabricated, simulated, false or invented fact.
Report in a situation induced by the reporter to weaponize it against the accused.
Punishment: Card 1.
- Impersonate a site administrator/support person (on chat/blog/Facebook, etc).
- Making up lies, claiming or pretending to have advantages by knowing a Gamers Club staff member, negatively affecting the platform credibility (e.g. "I don't get banned", "I have advantages because I know the staff" or "You will get banned, I am friends with an admin").
- Take advantage of platform/server/game instabilities while lobby banning is disabled, during ready/vetos.
- Trying to trick and harm other players with false hints (e.g. "type kill into the console and you increase the sound").
- Encourage/convince/teach other users to cheat the game and Gamers Club's rules.
- Encouraging/convincing other users to do things reprehensible in these rules.
- Disconnecting in the middle of the match on purpose in order not to get “killed” in the match.

- Using the spectator tool as a coach improperly or to take advantage of the adversary team.
- Using any means of communication on the platform to promote tournaments, other platforms, third party websites, scam and similar.

Punishment: Depending on the case, at Gamers Club’s discretion - Cards 1 to 3, temporary account block or account ban.
- Intentional use of playing time, vetoes or ready, until near the allowed limit in order to wear down the adversary, to force a giving up or for other inappropriate reason.
- It is necessary that both teams actively participate in any given knife round, so that it is possible to decide which side they will play. Running away from combat in a knife round will cause punishment to the player(s) in question. If a player on your team stays AFK the entire round, you can report them through the toxicity form.
- Using any available tool to inform where the teammate is, giving an advantage to the adversary team.
- Toxic attitudes that disrupt gameplay (e.g. shooting teammate to disrupt aim, purposefully hindering/blinding teammate's movement, purposefully injuring and blinding with grenades, removing breaks, stealing weapons dropped from other players).
- Harming the team by purposely playing badly or with disregard.
- Bad communication and/or lack of communication during the game, communicating in-game in a way that is disruptive to teammates (overuse of radio commands) or even not communicating during the game (even by say_team) will result in punishment. Communication is a key piece to victory, keep this in mind and respect your teammates, even if you don't have a microphone, you can use radio commands or typing.
Punishment: Depending on the case, at Gamers Club’s discretion - Cards 1 to 2.
- Nickname that expresses a prejudiced attitude or serious offense to other members of the community and/or the platform.

Click here to reportFinal – but essential – remarks
Decisions
By reporting undue conduct, you understand and agree that the punishment will be determined and applied by Gamers Club's staff and it is not up to you or any other user to contest this decision.
Evidence of ban
We do not share evidence of the ban. Evidence is Gamers Club's trade secret.
We have no perk or pleasure in banning anyone. If we ban a user, it is because we have detected undue conduct.
Reports within 48 hours
Reports shall be made within 48 hours of the occurrence. If this deadline is not met, Gamers Club, at its discretion, may choose not to punish the offender.
Punishiment Analisis
Please note that some cases may be reviewed separately by Gamers Club's staff and punishments applied
may differ from those described in these rules.
The criteria will always be what Gamers Club's believes in good faith to be correct
Toxic Behavior
It is worth noting that each toxic behavior may result in different levels of punishment, and every report is evaluated separately and we may apply specific punishments for each case.
Punishments
The punishments are cumulative and you can have your account terminated for toxic behavior.
New Punishments
The list of punishments and conduct described here is not exhaustive. Always remember the principle that governs our rules: RESPECT. If Gamers Club finds that your conduct violates such principle, it may impose sanctions, even if not expressly provided for herein.
Reports Validation
Only players who are participating in the game can report a case of toxicity, excluding cases considered serious by Gamers Club.
Prizes
A player whose account is blocked by us (toxicity, payments, cheating, etc.) loses the right to receive prizes. This rule covers any and all awards.
